that came back to a suspended or revoked

stop a deputy then advised that he
deployed Stingers in an attempt to stop
the vehicle but was unsuccessful another
deputy then radioed that he observed the
vehicle Veer off of the roadway into a
ditch upon approach he observed the
driver door open and a female in the
passenger seat

passenger's purse alongside the six G of
cocaine located next to the passenger
side of the vehicle as a result the
passenger was charged with possession of
a controlled substance without a
prescription the driver was issued a
criminal Citation for fleeing and
attempting to elude law enforcement
driving on a suspended or revoked
license with knowledge and resisting
