Volkswagen Atlas driving 82 mph in the 60 MPH Zone on Highway 90 near Pepper Tree Road he initiated a traffic stop and the driver pulled over on Highway 90 near dingo Road as he and Deputy Casey made contact with the driver later identified as Rachel Deputy lavier observed that she exhibited signs of impairment hey Siri hey Siri call attorney Muk Shak ma'am I know license reg registration eventually ordered Rachel to exit the vehicle other deputies arrived to assist with this traffic stop and eventually exited the vehicle and agreed to perform field sobriety exercises can you call him limit is 8 all right at the Santa Rosa County Jail Rachel agreed to submit breath samples her intoxilizer results indicated a BAC of. 26% in 0.2 62% comma which were more than triple the legal limit of 0.08% Rachel was booked into the Santa Rosa County Jail charged with driving Under the Influence fs36 193. 4 and issued a warning for speeding she was released the following day at 10:14 a.m. on a $500 Bond so that means you're above uh double you're actually triple Le the limit it's not even possible okay all right um You said you have to go to the bathroom um I'm you can go to the bathroom do whatever hope you kill me do you feel like answering questions for me after you go to the bathroom or just me and kill me that be great I'd rather not so all right we let's go on out here and uh you
