the car okay are you hurt are you injured at all no a deer came out on March 24th 2024 around 1222 a.m. patroman Evan sikik patroman Thomas miklos patroman Colin roberi and Sergeant Shan Vera with the Barkley Township Police Department were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle crash involving a damaged retaining wall in front of the Timothy e Ryan home for funerals patrolman snik made contact with the 25-year-old driver of the 2019 Honda that had struck the retaining wall and she was identified as Anna you're all broken up you got came out and I hurt yes I'm yeah you want to get her in the 169 Berkeley we have one occupant in the vehicle she's going to be in the back of ambulance she says she's uninjured 69 unable there's one female occupant she's stating that she's not injured 1011 New Jersey R it's going to be New Jersey uniform 64 Sierra Fox St Hotel uniform 64 Sierra Fox Tru hotel if I come on board all so the offic I'll you in all right thank you what's going on so what happened I was just coming back from a bar I'm not even drunk I'm not nothing right now it's just really like okay what what happened were you driving down Bay Boulevard or were you want yes I was driving by Bay Boulevard and this car came out out of nowhere and I was still driving car deer no a car and they literally sped by and they completely cut off the traffic you can ask them you can ask them thatt me out quick yo 450 she said she was coming down Bay Boulevard yeah she first told me me it was a deer and then she quickly changed her story to it being a car but uh when she was walking from here to the ambulance I saw her stumble uh whoever seen it is what was that whoever so um she was coming out of the car when we came out from upst we heard it um she looks like she's ried she was crying and he already called 911 she don't want 911 to be called of course she that child at home whatever this guy right here is another car behind her in front of hers he says he knows he knows her so if you look back on on our call this is probably fourth time that somebody goes right through here yeah yeah and you know it is the fourth time that we replaced it in four years Anthony yeah I know in Bayville and admitted to consuming alcohol before operating a motor vehicle Anna was evaluated by First Responders and she told them that she did not wish to go to the hospital after she declined further medical attention Sergeant Vera instructed patrolman cmik to administer field sobriety exercises after observing indicators of impairment in her eyes who was pushing they kept pushing me upward like and I didn't know what to do my friend Sam what's going on what we got she said she was coming from MJ's so I was coming from MJ's and the people that were coming from the left side they came out through the left side and when they came out through the left side they kept pushing me upward and I didn't know what to do I really did not know what to do you to pull over and let him go no I did pull over and let them go and when they went and they stopped at where they were and when I went and I kept going forward because I didn't know what to do I really did not know what to do my
