course here's my license around 1:56 a.m. on October 26 2024 patrolman Preston milach with the Red Bank BCE Department observed the driver of a 2019 Jeep driving in the wrong direction in the vicinity of Maple Avenue as he followed the vehicle the driver continued driving erratically he activated his emergency lights to initiate a traffic stop and the driver pulled over on W Front Street near Morford place he made contact with the driver who was identified as Cara thank you you're welcome where are you guys coming from we're just coming from uh out to dinner never and then uh we're just I'm just dropping him off and then we're going droing me where you dropping them off at LOF okay y all right Cara how's your license everything's good as far as I know no points no nothing horizontal gaze nagus hgn test and it was administered by Sergeant Ashen lvic during the hgn test the sergeant loic told patroman maachi that he observed 66's indicators of impairment the second exercise was the walk and turn test during the walk and turn test care failed to touch Heel To Toe on each step counted incorrectly and turned improperly the final exercise was the one leg stand test and Cara failed to raise her foot in the proper fashion I got you I'm so sorry so the first test here you go you can just put that in your pocket um my sergeant is going to run on you is HG horizontal Carz read the standard statement for motor vehicle operators and agreed to submit breath samples for testing her Alco test results indicated a back of 0.099 which was above the legal limit of 0.08% care was issued the following summonses operating Under the Influence reckless driving careless driving failure to keep right failure to possess driver registration and failure to possess driver insurance card didn't have insurance on the car I do have insurance approve it okay so that's what we'll look at when we get inside okay you can close it now please um so your registration got suspended because of the insurance and then your license got suspended because of the insurance as well a month later so okay so it's all because of the insurance correct I think I know why CU I had to dispute something salador um dispute what I had to dispute um
