what you guys are planning on doing but like Good Luck Good Luck Good Luck Good Luck Good Luck cuz I did nothing to you guys it did nothing I wasn't it wasn't even starting [ __ ] I was at my house where I live it's [ __ ] [Music] pathetic it really is you going to embarrass me in front of my town try to call out an accident that happened on my own Street people sides wipe me all the time happened twice I refuse to call the cops because you guys don't do anything about it how am I going to prove it [Music] seriously my dad's a mechanic he fixes my car I I don't have issues like I fixed my [ __ ] my on my own I don't like I really don't understand what you guys are like trying to do my car my Mi keys were not even in my ignition bro this shit's so pathetic it's so ridiculous it's so ridiculous it really is it's so ridiculous I didn't disturb the peace I didn't do anything instead you guys did real cute all my street made a whole example you couldn't find one person to get a victim of and you had to choose me good job good job wait for [Music] it wait for it when I call a [ __ ] governor of the [ __ ] State I and and I'm being serious I'm like this is ridiculous I wasn't doing anything I was merely on the phone having a conversation with my ex arguing and you guys wanted to get involved all I did had to do was walk through the door protect and serve right protect and serve right I was at my house where I was safe I was at my house where it was safe and you guys just intervened you know so inconveniently I feel bad for you I really feel bad for you I really do cuz I did absolutely nothing to you guys nothing I'm not a George Floyd I'm not some white trash that like [ __ ] attacked you guys like I was sitting in my car having a mirror conversation with my ex and you guys came and put your two cents in for what for what reason I was sitting sitting sitting in front of my house Emily was transported to the little silver Police Department for further processing since the officers were not citing her for a DWI the vehicle was not towed after she was secured to the bench patrolman McGrady spoke with her and explained why she was placed under a rest since there was a physical struggle First Responders were called to the station to evaluate after she was evaluated Emily declined to be transported to the hospital all right come on out fine I'm being cooperative so you please not manh handle me we got to hold you in case you all right that's fine that's fine I'm not I'm not being no I just said I'm not being like an [ __ ] watch the step I I got it yeah well I don't know what makes you think that I'm [ __ ] drunk I never said you were drunk well I don't know I don't know why you guys are holding me as I was across three from the house and I was sitting in my car with my keys under my M up the steps doesn't make sense go okay AC the literally walking distance from my house 20 ft you guys literally put me down on my driveway for no reason I was sitting there while you guys had somebody pull over come on give me the [ __ ] give me the [ __ ] take a seat over here oh oh take can sit on the cold seat no problem no problem oh you want me to strip down naked too no I don't you want me to no please I'll do it I'll do it I'll do it the whole [ __ ] team could coming no don't do that out of here it's not that you two did it I got it was the other one stand up for two seconds yeah unless you feel like doing it hurts it hurts really guys really what what the [ __ ] did I do was sitting in my car having an argument guys really are you uh are you right did you hit your head or anything no you look I'm fine I'm completely fine can you just look down so I can see the top of your head please you sure you didn't hit it I'm fine okay I'm fine the other your are actually nice I think but I don't think the other one is I wasn't doing anything and I was just about to walk in my house M but I live there yeah I'm sitting you told us yeah I was sitting there for quite a while with the car with the engine off M so I don't know what basis you guys have any grounds to have me arrested I didn't do anything you want me to take your other handcuffs off I'm just asking you um I got I'm asking you give me the grounds I got there L on why no you were there the whole time I got there late that was the last one there what do you mean there was three cop cars when I walked when I [ __ ] pulled up don't play yourself I'm not don't play yourself please you're telling me you weren't there I tell I'm telling you I got there late I don't know why did he why did he come all right all right all right whatever just stand up you want to play that it's fine there's cameras there's ring door bells on every one of my neighbors house I'll figure out the truth just stand at the end but like I just know that like I was sitting in my car having an argument minding my own business M and they knocked on my [ __ ] door that's that's all I'm saying my keys were under my mat okay so I'm not understanding why I'm being arrested um I want to know the basis on why I'm being detained so I want to know why I'm trying to tell you y don't give me restraint on a on a police officer I'm trying to tell you you guys never read me my rights from the moment that you put the [ __ ] handcuffs on me and laid me down so I want to know why I'm being detained I'm trying to tell you I want to know I'm trying to tell you in front of my house in front of my house like it's not okay to be like in front of your house like argument I live with three roommates M girls right I don't want everybody to know my business I I wasn't driving my car lights weren't on and neither was my ignition so you guys have no basis on having any grounds to arrest me I didn't hit anybody I didn't have a car accident I didn't do anything so I'm I'm I'm trying to understand why are you guys detaining me I did not I did not assault the police officer I restrained the rest because nobody has elaborated on why I'm being arrested for do you have anything in your sweater pocket no can you just you can check that's fine that's fine for me thank you so I think that officer K talk to you about what the damage on your car the damage what do you what do you want I watch the side rail I'm talking 18 see but that's why you went over to talk to you right my car it's a [ __ ] Honda Civic it it has a mitigation system it's off I ran over a raccoon long time ago okay I just paid off my car I've been going through a lot of [ __ ] M I've been paying s charges I'm not rich right please understand that I know you mean neither am I and I have been sideswiped on my street and that's that's not a lie I never called the cops I never started [ __ ] I did my due diligence I paid for I had an a rich ex-boyfriend that paid for everything right I could care less my dad is mechanic he's got me a new trunk m i sideswiped I hit the side rail because my car the mitigation system because the I haven't gotten an alignment mhm so whether us cop that doesn't want to believe it or don't want to understand it mhm that's fine I'll take it all the way to the top okay meaning I'll pay whatever I got to pay mhm to prove everybody wrong I don't blame it so whether in fact that you believe me or not that's that's not an issue I'm looking you straight in your eyes I know I can say it I don't play these games I don't mhm I don't I did my due diligence I did my time I've had enough problems in my life right what I don't do is turn to drive like stupid I don't I don't so don't play me like I do I'm going to tell you another thing okay I'm going to tell you another thing the keys were not in the ignition they were literally under my M right why I got [ __ ] pushed down in like this whole elaborate [ __ ] show in front of my house is irregular the probable cause is not because of the accident in my car my car looked like a [ __ ] can open like literally yeah I saw it for months nobody [ __ ] ever stepped up to my plate M nobody I just got to fix the the other like two months ago right so I don't want to hear um I got hit by a cop in New York City when was that that was probably a month before my birthday oh wow were you like you got hit or your no no no they actually hit me from by accident because they were in the bus lane and they hit me from behind M and they hit my back door so my ex-boyfriend paid for my whole car to get fixed by NYPD get it correct and I Let It Go um thank you because I know what it's like that these these guys they they made absolute [ __ ] lutely nothing Absol [ __ ] lutely nothing and my car is not worth that so for tonight um like I said I got there late but he was talking to you because you were in your car right yeah I was having a conversation with my car off my car was off my keys were on the [ __ ] floor I know I know I understand I live in that house bro my dog is going to freak the [ __ ] out first of all you're you're going home today it's not like you're you're not going you're not going to jail is that is that why you're so upset no oh is no I don't know what you're issuing me no so so listen so I want to know why I'm being s i I promise I'll let you speak if you let me speak what I want to say speak for so the reason we're speaking with you right is cuz we see the damage to your car okay just let me no no no let me finish and I'll let you exp I'm going sue the whole [ __ ] St can can you listen to me you're going to start a whole conundrum of [ __ ] problems that you have no idea where you're going to [ __ ] rest you have no [ __ ] idea I've been hit sideswiped my whole bumper has been [ __ ] put to shame my whole [ __ ] car with sight swiped on that Stree you think I [ __ ] call you guys no there a your [ __ ] camera on the street why would I waste my time anyway the the issue the issue is because I told you let me what I did I'm trying to explain I told you exactly what I did I know you wanted me to explain why you're here whatever this is ridiculous I was in front of my house with the [ __ ] keys under my mat walking distance 40 not even 20 ft this is so [ __ ] ridiculous I live on one of the most major roads in Red Bank if you don't know now you know it's one of the most famous roads I know I work here all right well do you live here how long have you live here I don't live here okay thank you so then you don't know I work here all right that's doesn't matter just because it makes you a cop doesn't mean that you know what that busy it's it's just a busy road love it's just a busy road and when somebody swipes you at 3 4:00 in the morning what the [ __ ] are you going do I know you the issue is that you why would I call the cops it's going to raise my insurance for absolutely no reason the issue was that you ran away from us that was the issue I ran away from you guys you ran off the dve for the mere fact that he said asked me to show you my keys and he tried to arrest me in front of my house I tried to run away from you guys don't get a twisted you ran off the driveway I ran off the driveway to go home away from to my house we were just trying to I did absolutely nothing [ __ ] wrong what did I do tell me please tell me the issues that you ran what the [ __ ] did I do wrong I want to hear what the probable cause was um what what what because you already you weren't there you already admitted to me on camera that you were not there so I want to hear why was the reason that those two officers were sitting there after they had already spoke to whoever the [ __ ] that they were dealing with and then thought that it was okay to bully me I did nothing I was sitting in my car really having a conversation with my ex-boyfriend probably because it was 1:30 in the morning with no keys in the car so I I'm trying to understand this I wanted to run my run to my house to avoid this complete situation look at this I'm now handcuffed to a [ __ ] bench M for what reason what was the probable cause when my lawyer calls them they were trying to when my lawyer calls tomorrow mhm they were trying to talk to you about I will not include your name I will I swear to God I swear to God I will not include your name ICI I will never include your name um they were trying to talk to you about the damage in your car and then you ran up the driveway yeah well nobody was trying to talk about the damage on my car since that little silver car has been parked in front of my house for [ __ ] 2 weeks mhm nobody gave [ __ ] godamn about how many dents I had and never seen them in my life [ __ ] out of here what the [ __ ] they give a [ __ ] about my car right please they don't fix it they don't pay for it still haven't been told why my and what the [ __ ] I've been arrested for so I didn't resist arrest I didn't do anything I my my car was off I was at my house I was out my house ran to my house because I don't know what the [ __ ] neighbor told you I don't [ __ ] know it's not my [ __ ] problem so Emily I'm Mike by the way the guy that you talking before okay listen the guy that you're talking to before is Matt the guy with the beard and the other guy is Joey so Joey will explain your charges when he's done writing them up okay he'll tell you well that's one of the question I have a right to call my lawyer you can call him can can you give me phone please minute yeah in a minute you can call him no can I call him now in a minute can I call him now just give us a minute why I don't need a minute I'm I'm I'm allowed my right to make my [ __ ] phone call I'm help him write these up thanks for being here where do you you want your patient is in here basically um long story short uh long story short we attempted to make an arrest and she was eluding us and she was like basically diving onto the ground trying to dodge us she said she didn't hit her head but we just want you guys to make sure give her a once over I took a gloved hand went like this over her head I didn't necessarily feel anything I didn't come up with blood on the glove but you never know that that's our biggest concern is that she might hit her head yeah but yeah she was cooperative any not really but maybe with you guys rather than us maybe um you guys got information I'm looking for yeah we can he's got him for me a moment we'll get another one you guys got all the info you can get it yeah yeah we can get you that [Music] it was right in the driveway and it was like right next to the house so was driveway in the house I actually got hit by the cops byd and I let him go I said listen we uh you hit me I know how much it cost you guys a job I said I'm Let It Go I'm going to New Jersey my dad can find the door the best of knowledge I stick up I stick up for law en like I'm not I'm not against you guys but like I'm not about to have like [ __ ] pull me out my car with my my car know and give me probable calls because my cars got hit that's my [ __ ] my responsibility like nobody else is like I didn't do damage on anybody else I don't do hit and runs but I was literally hit and run on that [ __ ] Street that's the whole reason why I parked my car that behind my house because I felt like it was too close to the stop sign so people okay great come in hey how are you come in hey I'm feeling quite F all right my SOC yeah I will but but I uh you might hit your head or something I'm good I don't I'm not even bleeding here I got no SC you don't have any pain anywhere right no no love no love I don't even have a scratch well that's good you medic no Angry they got you angry yeah you don't seem angry you don't seem angry at the moment it got me really angry all right um we'll have a little chart for you to just say that I'm assuming you don't want us to take you to the hospital absolutely not all right do do you really think I need to no thank you but but I still you can want to no bab I was literally at my house okay too I on my driveway that didn't happen to me they're luting hula hoop with the [ __ ] handcuffs hula hoop with handcuffs they're so lucky they're so lucky that would have been resist of arrest and assault on police officer so they're so lucky that would have been um that would have been a story yeah sure and a picture the police with the police car that's been sitting in front of my house for two weeks did you know that it's first yeah so yeah yeah didn't scare I yeah yeah know I like somebody my car probably drunk M I didn't I didn't really care like what the [ __ ] am I do I'm lucky I have a father that's in the business of cars and I get everything cheap because otherwise I'd be real [ __ ] I told you I was on Treet and I got in got my it was crazy it was a it oh my God oh my God that's terrible that's really bad news I'm sorry that's really bad news no I'm okay she was going 4 like me my my shit's like I woke up and I saw like I really had damage to my bumper but it was enough to like pull it out but like the whole bumper swiped and then I saw the on side and I was like you know what I'd be pissed I wasn't I'm like I'm right there before he stop sign now people see that [ __ ] it's like the best thing ever well leave it there so people try to drive a little better yeah like I get my roommates all the time is it proper I was like you should do less I got hit by a [ __ ] cark car my car I mean it could be teila it's all to the best of our knowledge yeah no I just this is my my belief so she not happy with me you should thank you guys for coming yeah she's going to sign it yeah she probably will sign a refusal he can do anything he's actually has a snap on computer so like he can see anything so so listen are will are you going to allow us to fingerprint you for what cuz you you're being charged now for what so you're going to get obstruction and then you're going to get assault on a police officer assault on a police officer you guys did not read me my rights did not tell me what I was being arrested for well you were never going to be arrested that's what that's what you yeah but I'm not understanding I was in front of my house okay are hold on can we come to a common ground can we make an agreement yeah that's your house we were just there talking to you until you decided to leave we were we were yeah I wanted to run in my house and just forget about the night you you like you guys came up to my window my cars were my the keys were under by I wasn't looking to do a DWI that's not so then why the [ __ ] were you trying to investigate me or interrogate me in front of my car because okay can you can you just let me expl I'm not understanding ma'am we were we were conducting whether there was a hit and run or not we had there was hit and run yeah man because your car is damaged you're clearly so what I've been hit and run on that [ __ ] Street what the [ __ ] you guys do so so we we would have gotten to that that's what we don't understand would never some drunk ass swipe my car and that was did but listen and there's no cameras in front of my house not my next door neighbor not the person in front of me and not my house and neither is my neighbor so good luck on that one you would have never found that one okay well you know it happened but you're going to [ __ ] hold me accountable for damage on my car that I am liable for I'm not worried about about to damage right now and try to try to make that seem that that's probable cause for you to pull me out of my car chase me Chase me cuz I all I was trying to do was go back to my house and go the [ __ ] to sleep you you listen if you stood there and talked to us and didn't yell and didn't run away you would be in bed sleeping right now because you guys had somebody else pull over that that's yeah that's totally it doesn't make sense that you come to my car when I live there oh okay okay are you going to submit to fingerprinting or not you guys have my fingerprints already we have to redo it the state is it's the state isn't it's the state it's not us I would I would prefer that we didn't have to but we have to this are you getting me a hard time in court a hard time no are you getting me a hard time in court because I'll do it if I give you a I'll be completely Cooperative are you give me a hard time in court no no if if I you have my word you ready for this if you don't yell at us anymore tonight you be cooperative when you come to court you me and the prosecutor we'll sit down okay is that fair fair okay all right yeah remember right thank you I appreciate that I'll even give you the court date I'll write the court date down so I don't forget it and we'll go from there fair oh my God can you please drop the [ __ ] assault on off listen I can't because this is this is where the issue is you guys never Read Me My Rights I'm in my what did we say about yelling do do you guys really want me to bring that up in t so so do you really want me to bring that in court so you only have to be because when my lawyer comes you don't want me to bring him I thought we were going to have a nice court session well we are don't let me bring my lawyer no no I know but listen don't let me bring my La this is going to completely catastrophically destroy the whole situation can I can I explain to you Miranda can I can I explain that or no go so Miranda if if see see how your handcuffed to the bench we only have to read you Miranda if we're asking you incriminating questions really yeah this it's it's no that's it's been Miranda since Miranda came but it's a little weird it's a little weird when people are trying to put handcuffs on you and you don't know why you're we weren so hear me out that's that's not clearly healthy you you have my word in front of my house I did nothing wrong hold on you have my word there was Zero intention of you going in handcuffs tonight until you ran away you understand I'm not kidding you
