stalling with the deal Police Department was dispatched to Ocean Place in lock Arbor patrolled by deal police for a noise complaint involving loud music coming from a maroon Toyota RAV for he arrived on scene and noticed that all the windows were down a woman in the driver's seat was fully reclined and she appeared unconscious what's going on I don't know what's going why are we out here we're Devon and he noticed that her eyes were bloodshot and watery he also detected the odor of alcohol and notice that they were empty airplane bottles of New Amsterdam Vodka he asked Devon where she was coming from and she stated that she was coming from Margate she also reluctantly provided her identification while repeatedly insisting that she did nothing wrong put your wallet back on and I'll put mine back on let me see your right you just wasted both of me and your time you just did what I wanted you to do listen either give me your ID or I'm just going to take you out of the car and place have her exit the vehicle Devon was uncooperative eventually patrolman Ding and lo squardo forcibly removed Devon from the vehicle and patrolman ding placed the handcuffs on her as she was on the ground they escorted her to the patrol car and as she was being placed inside she spit her gum and attempted to spit it towards the officers doing t stop stop [Applause] put your hand behind your back the refusal you will be subject to various penalties including license revocation of up to 20 years a fine of up to $2,000 installation of an ignition interlock and referral to an intoxicated dver Resource Center these penalties may be in addition to penalties imposed by the court for any other offense of which you are found guilty you have no legal right to have an attorney physician or anyone else present for the purpose of taking the breast samples you have no legal right to refuse to give or delay giving samples of your breath any response from you that is ambiguous or or conditional in
