Did you guys see all of this or was it just her? No, I didn't see nothing yet. I can't. Oh, [ __ ] That's the car we've been looking for. This [ __ ] car. This lady It looks fresh, right? Yeah, I think this is the car this one from Waipahu accident in the area. Did she hit somebody? No, I think she hit a car. I think it was the one that was over by Waipahu. Yeah. Yeah, I see that. Yeah, I see it. Hey, ma'am. Yeah. Just now. About 1 minute ago. You want another dose? I think it's in the bag. I'll grab it. I'll grab it. This one second dose and I can. Oh, that windshield's busted in the whole front end of the side. It was another car. What did the uh What did the uh the the front end loader for snow removal? I think it might have been the front. You're the third? Yeah. She's probably going to be in custody of Unless we can determine it's medical. She's not waking up from the Narcan, but this looks like I believe it's the person who was from the wild card. Where did they hit? That's That's like hitting something else, though. Oh, that's it. No, that's from the loader side. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. Which which she hit our loader? Uh yeah, city yard. Yeah. They were doing snow removal. She hit it, took off. A struck vehicle? No, struck vehicle. Uh did she actually pick up the [ __ ] Yeah, that's kind of that. All right, I'll stay with her. Yeah. Yeah. She's in custody. What's your What's your What's your name, ma'am? Hey. What is your name? Robert Kennedy Drive. Anna? Anna? We're going to bring you back around, okay? All right, I I I just I just turned it off, but I didn't take them out. Officer Jose Leriano arrived on scene a few minutes later, and Lieutenant Cabo informed him that the significant front-end damage on her vehicle indicated that this matched the description of another vehicle that had been involved with an accident with a city front-end loader at 3:19 p.m. while they were doing snow removal operations. Ambulance personnel administered another dose of Narcan afterwards, and Hannah regained consciousness. Yeah. Let me What No. I had a really bad headache. I'm sorry. Can I call my boyfriend and have him come and get you, please? I'm I'm I'm okay. May I call my friend to see if I can go there? Where I'm staying. No, you're not going to be able to do that. You're going to come with us. For what? I'm I'm sorry. For what? Did they explain to you what happened? He said that I was rolling and that but my friend I'm going to my I was driving to the my friend's house. I'm totally okay right now. Did you take anything? No, sir. No. I have nothing. Were you drinking? No. I swear my life. You were totally passed out. I We have to use Narcan to wake you up. I'm okay. I Seriously, I am okay. Just All I want to do is just go home. So, give me a favor. Can you just step out of the car for me? After she regained consciousness, Henn insisted she was fine and wanted to go home. Based on their suspicion of impairment, Officer Leriano asked Henn to exit the vehicle and told her that she was under arrest. Once she was handcuffed though, she decided that she wanted to be taken to the hospital. Ambulance personnel transported Henn to Shore Medical Center in Somers Point, NJ. All right. Just turn around. Raise your hand. Your hands behind your back. May I call my friend, please? Yeah, once we get to the station right You're going to be allowed to make a phone call, all right? Can I go to the hospital? Do you want to go to the hospital? Please take me. Are you injured? Am I injured? No. Can I get a towel or a blanket or a receipt, please? I'll get it. Thank you. Can I bring my jacket? I'll get it. My jacket? No. I'm freezing. Can I put my jacket on right now? You guys still want medics? No, cancel. Do you have anything sharp on you? Just my phone. Can I have my phone though? Um, can I have a bag uh Bag? Yeah. My phone is on the ground. I got it. I got it. I got it. Can I have my phone though? It's right here. Okay. We got a long ride to shore, so. All right, where do you live? I live in Skaneateles. All right, just let me put this here for now. What do you want to do? I just want to put this here for now. Yeah. Just uh It's about No, I just want to see if there's something else. You don't have anything sharp on you? Okay. All right, 2 3 4 Here. Hey y'all, we're going to get you guys a blanket, so just stand by for that. Alex, here's I'm going to go with All right. I need pictures, obviously, of the car. Is that her stuff? Yeah, um if you want to search her phone baggies, go ahead. But I didn't search her properly cuz they want to [ __ ] rush. Uh no, it's still in there. All right. While she was en route to the hospital, Officer Leriano contacted the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office and obtained authorization to obtain a telephonic search warrant for the collection of blood and urine. Officer Leriano subsequently contacted the Atlantic County Sheriff's Department and they paged Judge Bernard E. Delury. Once they were connected with the judge, Officer Leriano informed Judge Delury of all the information concerning the incident and he telephonically granted the search warrant. Give me a sharp container. Uh I still need it. There's a blue wax folder in the door over here, but it's empty. I found I found I found stuff in here, so You found stuff on her? Yeah. Okay. Oh, there's a crack pipe. And another. Pipe that she's used to do Huh? Yeah, there's a bunch of stuff in here. There's a bag over here, it's empty. There's two crack pipes so far. Did you get it here? I did. I got that one. Got a picture? Mhm. Do you know where I can get a new one? Uh, I need to go to my car probably. All right, we're holding on. What kind of car do you have? Unlock it. Okay. Huh? You got to move. I got I got to drive back these guys out. Okay. You got to start the thing. Oh, damn it. Huh? I do have one in my car. I just want to put it in the glove. Where's the unlock camera? That's right here. The camera's still in the front seat with the two crack pipes. Okay. I walk back to my car. All right. Um, did you get the bag out of my trunk? I did, yeah. Perfect. It is 2070 bucks. So, we're going to have to deal with a blood warrant for her. And going to blood test her and somehow or another. Got you. Um, you've done it before, right? Yeah, I mean, every judge every judge is different, yeah. now the county system, so Oh, it's a different system. we have to call the same ones, right? The No, but you know what though? We usually call the Atlantic City judge, but she's going to [ __ ] shore. I wonder if that makes a difference. I know, yeah. Uh, well, whoever you call, when you look it up, whoever we're supposed to call, just make sure they know that she's at shore in Somers Point. Yeah. Uh, are you the right judge? But Yeah, we don't call superior court cuz there's no actual There's criminal charges with the drugs, but nobody was injured, so. Yeah. I think we just call a regular judge. All right, let me give him the keys. Are you done with the car? Yeah. Huh? I got it. All right. I got It should be the plastic one in the glass one, right? Yep. And I got the baggies that I got from the car. And you Blue? Yeah. Yep. But it's used. Well, one one is full, the one that I got from the car. Yeah, the one in the doorway is used. Yeah. So, listen, because she's at court, we have to call a different judge. No, why? Cuz isn't the judges that we call Aren't they the ones that are specifically allowed to authorize the warrants at the Atlantic City uh Yeah, but I don't know if it's the same judge for Somers Point and everything. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. We'll have to figure it out. Do we call the county judge or something for for the blood warrant or do we call the municipal court warrant that court judge that's allowed to issue the blood warrants? Cuz I think there's only a couple of those. I don't I don't know. I think we have to call the judge and find out. Yeah, we're going to have to go take a warrant. All right. All right, let me just move up so he can tow this thing. Um why don't you you head in? You You got both head in. I'll stay until he gets hooked up and then I'll meet you inside. Okay. Yeah. Yep. Who is he? Uh yeah. I've got to take pictures of the car. I know me too first stop. I want to take care of that. All right, I'll bring the camera in. All right. Right. Okay. will follow you, but just be careful. All right? Just be careful cuz there's a lot of snow. All right. All right. This way to the right down. Digital camera. 157. Ending 12224. Master check is clear. Right this way. After the warrant was issued by Judge DeLury, Officer Leriano arrived at Shore Medical Center, met with Officers Lemaine and Rifkin, who were already there, and advised medical staff that there was a search warrant for the collection of blood and urine. After Hanna submitted blood and urine samples, and obtained clearance from the hospital staff, she was discharged and transported to the Ventnor City Police Department for further processing. Right this way. I can't tell you what that was. Look at this guy. It's probably Nothing but a shilling. Make a noise, I guess. Yeah. All right, you can have a seat on the bench. As Officer Liriano submitted the complaint on the ECDR system on the New Jersey Courts website, he was advised that she had an outstanding arrest warrant from the Union Township Police Department. They got the could have been worse, but at least in in the situation that we're in, it's it was just you. And you know, injuries or anything like that. And it's just realistically, you hit a piece of machinery driving down the road and pow. And and uh there's really no And it's it's designed to take beating. But your car, it wasn't. No. I don't know how you could drive it or wrap it, but it obviously didn't sell, but surprise your car is still functioning. That is the least of my worries right now. Overall. I need to When I get home, not tonight, but tomorrow I need to call and go back to where I just got out of. Right. So, you're not going to be able to get your car, which is kind of a mute point right now for 12 hours. It would be That's fine. I don't 4:00 this morning. So, after 4:00 this morning, 4:00 a.m., then you can go and get your car. Where is it? It's in our Providence tow yard. It's in our Lexington How much do I have to pay for that? I don't know off the top of my head what the tow fee is. Okay. But if you get it, I believe by tomorrow, there's no lot storage fee. It's just the tow fee. And I want to say it's like a five bucks, but I'm not 100% sure. Our Our the city sets the tow rate, but I just don't know what this year's tow rate is. Okay. What did he say when he answered the phone? He said that he was coming. I honestly He said he was coming. It sounded like he said he knew where he was going and he was coming. He was on his way. Mom, he had told me I didn't hear like a timeframe or anything like that. Whenever he does get here, he's my buddy. Okay. Well, he's going to have to come here, sign a piece of paper, take responsibility for you. You know, and then go from there. Okay. Cuz unfortunately, you are going to you are being charged with a DUI. I know. So, we have to follow the DUI protocol. You know, you didn't drink, it's still the same concept for you. yeah. So, we'll have to follow you. He does potentially have to take responsibility for you, one way or that genre. Okay. So, again, till 4:00 a.m., he's responsible for you. So, if you get into a car and do anything, he could be charged for you getting into a vehicle. It's not going to happen. No place for him to answer his phone, and that's why that's No problem. Yeah. No problem at all. Pick up a litter today. I'm not worried. It's a rare thing around here. I haven't finished them up. Can I have them here for me? I can take them out here. Don't touch anything. Just take your hands like prime like you had water on them. Just try and get oil and grease. Touch your hair things like that. I just try and get them as dry as possible. Even if you were like hot, it probably saved on the screen. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's a pain in the ass. Here. Yeah. Thank you. Do you want to go to the sprinkler? I did. Is it not working? Mm. There you go. Well, it's not working. Can I stand over here for you? Just can't raise them. Station one to animal control. Do you read me? I'm going to be in the car in a second. Where were you coming from? AC. Atlantic City. Do you Do you have friends here in Bettendorf or no? Um So what? You still want to restart the computer? Worst case scenario, we can do that. Do you know where her license is down here? No, everything's upstairs in her wallet. I think it's Chinese. Now look, my Do you have my driver's license in your wallet? Is that what you need? Yeah, no. We have it. I had it memorized. So, worst case scenario. When would you be able to come back to get this car? Is there a way to get your car before you get the car? So, what what do you think the time frame is to get your car out? I mean, I would drive. Um I just need to figure out how to get here. I think it's drivable, but you don't have a driver license. Um I just need to figure out how to get here. Or how to get to my vehicle. Hopefully it What Right. So, you come back here and you Well, you're definitely going to print you out for some reason this isn't working. But, you have to come here anyway to get the car. Worst case scenario, when you come back and get your car will just print you that. Because our IT guy is out in the morning and figure it out from there. Cuz all I know how to do is restart it and if it doesn't work, then you're And I go to somebody that knows a little bit more than I do. Right. So, yeah. So, let's do that. All right. All right. So, tomorrow when you come in, we'll just print you that. Um what time? Does it have to be No, because your your 12 hours is up at 4:00 a.m. So, you can come in at any time. Preferably after 9:00. Because I can get this thing So, we'll just do that. So, what we're going to do is is uh We're going to We're still going to type up the complaint. So, for like the charges and stuff. Okay. We're going to type that up now. We'll just manually do it. Okay. And then we'll we'll deal with the prints tomorrow. So, for right now, we're just going to have you go in the holding cell. Okay? Um it's Like I said, it won't take long cuz he's just going to go upstairs, type it up real quick. And then once that's done and your ride gets here, you're free to go. I just Hopefully he's coming soon. Right. And unfortunately, you got to wait until he gets here. No, I know. So, Can Can we Can you call him and see how long he's going to be? You want to try calling him again? You try calling him one more time. Just to say that the the fingerprints aren't working and this is how long. What time is it right now? It is almost 9:00. 9:00. Oh, see, somebody called me. I I on vibrate or silent. Mhm. It's still vibrating. It's on. All right, Hannah. Do you want to harm yourself? No. Perfect. Good answer. Please leave your message for Oh, you're kidding me. Okay. I know they can't fingerprint me, so um I have to come back tomorrow for that, but how long until you're here? They they the the officers What's his name? He's leaving Egg Harbor Township right now. Perfect. So, it should be about the same time by the time he gets here due to the weather and everything, we should be done. Okay. Thank you. All right. Did you check her stuff? All right, perfect.
