Um, >> after being arrested for so many DWI, the driver may have decided it's better for him to refuse to do any field sobriety tests, but that won't stop the deputies from doing their jobs. He doesn't want to. >> Oh, nothing. >> The driver refuses to take any tests to determine if he's intoxicated. >> And then I'll put it on. >> Yeah. Um >> you don't. >> All right. All right, sir. Put your hands behind your back just cuz you're going to be placed under arrest for DWI. Okay. >> Hold that arm. >> I'll just put two cuz he's like he's pretty. You >> want to check his box real quick? >> Yeah. I'll do one. Okay. Do you guys have any questions? >> Did you read him his rights? >> What's that? We're We're going to do that at the at the sub. >> It's a different when you're under the influence. It's a different uh around us that we need to treat greet them. So, >> so we're going to read him in Spanish for him to understand. That's why. >> Cool. I'll walk you guys over. >> Put your shoe on while you're sitting. >> What is the 49 you have on the possible 27 for the 41? >> Right. Okay. The driver was asked several times to provide a breath sample to determine his blood alcohol content. The experienced drunk driver refused multiple times. In June of 2025, Lorenzo entered into a plea agreement and plead guilty to both the pending DWI from 2024 and the DWI from this video. Both are felonies. In September of 2025, a judge sentenced Lorenzo to 6 months of house arrest. For two felony DWIs, including one that resulted in a crash, Lorenzo served 6 months of house arrest. While the last DWI was treated as his sixth offense, records show it is actually his seventh conviction for DWI. Do you agree with this sentence? Let us know in the comments.
