I mean that's the problem he refused to give me id well if you can identify him by the vehicle pull him up and do a positive ID I can't well no no this is his work vehicle he was in his work vehicle doing 80 mil hour well you can call the workplace if you know if you know the business okay I'll give his OD supervisor a call they usually want you to come down and make a formal complaint though who does he work for OPD that's who went by me the other morning at 84 oh he works for OPD he works for OPD gotcha he's in his work vehicle and I gave the buper number it's on the screen oh jeez who the hell do these people think they are well I huh I think I think you need to do a report absolutely I think I need to do a report hold on he was in a marked unit he's in a marked unit doing 80 and a 45 nah let's not do a report let's we'll just call over there and talk to a supervisor all right 84 and a what and a 45 well the other morning it was 84 it was 80 today gotcha yeah uh 84 and a 45 and I understand that you were arrested on June 9th 2023 we're here for an arraignment you were charged by information by the state attorney's office with count one fleeing or attempting to elude with sirens and lights activated a third degree felony and in count two with resisting an officer without violence a first-degree misdemeanor sir did you receive a copy of those charges yes your honor I understand that the state attorney's office has offered you the opportunity to participate in the pre-trial intervention agreement in this case is uh that your understanding sir yes your honor did you read the pre-trial intervention agreement that you sign yes your honor and your attorney just handed that to me did you understand that yes your honor did you discuss that with your attorney yes your honor are you willing to wave your right to a speedy trial in order to take advantage of the pre-trial Intervention Program yes you're honor you understand it if you success UL complete that program that the state attorney's office will drop the charges against you yes you are you understand that if you fail to successfully complete that program that your case will be placed back on this docket for further prosecution yes your H you understand where you need to report yes ma'am anything further from the state nothing from the state judge further from the defense no you're hon all right this case will be abated for the pre-trial Intervention Program good luck to you sir thank you one of the things with reference to the uh infractions State as to the Civil infractions in the court file uh the non-criminal the Civil infractions there's no objection to the court merging and dismissing all right uh those civil infractions the non-criminal infractions will be dismissed at this time uh and
