After everything was sorted out, the driver was identified as 22-year-old Ashley Stevens, also known in some circles as the Hennessy Smurf. She was charged with failure to maintain lane, speeding, felony fleeing, driving while license suspended, and DUI. Stevens accepted a negotiated plea deal, and was sentenced to two years in a Georgia state prison. She began serving her sentence on June 17th, 2024. But after just 6 months on December 4th, 2024, she was granted parole and released. The vehicle she was driving during the chase belonged to her mother. Definitely a birthday their family will never forget. 18-year-old Rico Germaine Martin, the wannabe track star, was charged with a single count of misdemeanor obstruction. He also took a negotiated plea deal and received a sentence that essentially amounted to time served in the Monroe County Jail. A total of 25 days. 21-year-old Markeesia Disha Shine tried to avoid being identified by falsely claiming she was a correctional officer. It was later determined she was a former employee who actually had active warrants out of Palaski County, Arkansas. Shine was charged with impersonating a public officer. We were unable to confirm how her Georgia case was ultimately resolved. 17-year-old Dantean Johnson, the one who was dragged out of the vehicle by his legs, was found to be in possession of a stolen firearm. His case is still pending. With that, consider subscribing and leave a comment with your thoughts, and we will see y'all on the next one. >> You got a felony. [Music] You got a felony, [Music] man.
