Robert 92 on October 30th 2024 at 4:30 p.m. a city of Breen Ridge Hills Police Department Officer initiated a traffic stop near the intersection of Calbert Avenue and North Avenue due to a license plate violation and excessively tinted windows during the traffic stop the officer observed signs of possible intoxication and asked the suspect to exit the vehicle when the officer placed a tire deflation device the suspect fled leading to a Pursuit the suspect ultimately crashed his vehicle near the intersection of Natural Bridge and Interstate 170 as the officer arrived and approached the suspect's vehicle he pointed a pistol at the officer and fired police returned fire striking the suspect hey CR 92 traffic re the only reason I'm stopping you is you have improperly displ front plate
