up up light R light on December 19th 2024 around 6:30 p.m. a vehicle drive onto a sidewalk at high speed hitting two pedestrians near the intersection of Kerney and Suter streets it then struck a bicyclist in the same vicinity before fleeing the scene investigators identified 50-year-old Peter Francis Hodge Jr as the suspect and planed to arrest him at his job as a guard at the Dior store on Grant Street when officers ordered him to raise his hands hodj drew a handgun and aimed at them officers opened fire striking him despite immediate Medical Aid hodj was pronounced dead at the hospital Thursday San Francisco 911 what's the exact location of the emergency uh I'm not certain I just passed through the intersection of kery and Suter and somebody in a like an SUV was driving rapidly on the side walk and I saw some people um running after this vehicle so I okay and and you saw this you saw this happening correct yes it looked like somebody was just in another Lane but they were up on the up on the sidewalk okay so they were and they just started driving on the sidewalk yes like rapidly okay hello hello me and my friend just got hit by a car okay where are you at at the Chipotle okay you happened in front of the Chipotle you said no they they were they were walking they they drove through the sidewalk and hit me and my friend on the sidewalk and he walked princi away because we know that he's ared with a pistol currently he's parked there he's on the east side of uh Grant so what we're going to do is we're going to be the primaries on the takedown uh so Manny and I are going to come in and then you guys could either go in first or we could go in first it's up to you do you guys want to be the lead car or the follow car we the middle well I was thinking we have enough space that we can both kind of just oh yeah we can both roll up together from uh Market we'll just roll up yeah so we'll roll up together we'll set it up uh Manny's going to start we're going on a grant post and then we'll come in we'll come in we'll start the initiate the felony stop uh azin and Sanchez are going to block off post and stocked in then uh you're going to be aw just set up if he comes out isn't compliant like give him that warning if he goes into the car D him if he starts walking away D him and if he keeps walking away keep hitting him um we're not letting them get back into the car I'll tell you that now um if he does and he takes off then we're going a Pursuit say we do a bunch of call outs he puts it in Drive takes off we'll pursue and then at that point we'll see who the primary if you guys are the primary then we'll put out traffic if we're the primary then you guys put out the traffic and then we'll initiate the pursuit um just leave the space so that we get the good stop stick yeah and then give me time to get out of the way cuz we're going to have to get back in our car un okay so we we'll get it we'll start the pursuit and then um we'll we'll go from there and then you guys we'll we'll ask for like the third unit that way we have more cuz you guys armed um if we start taking rounds then we're going to have to like return fire if uh he doesn't come out there's no contact we're going to keep giving call outs keep giving call outs at that point we're going to try to set up to kind of block them in we're going to put the shields up in the windshield drive around block them in get out and then then that unit's going to come around to the back and if we still doesn't come out then at that point we're going to have to declare it uh I'll get before we declare it we'll get 100 unit out I'll start getting more specs and then we'll go that route but uh hopefully we don't have to hopefully we'll just do the felony stop he'll come out and then go you uh when we do a call use his uh you're going to use his actual name right like Peter Hodge um are these Pas set up the same way they're all [ __ ] no no their car is good they have the
