One individual was taken into custody after refusing repeated lawful commands during the officer's investigation. As officers continued speaking with the second individual, they discovered inconsistencies in his identification before he admitted the driver's license he presented was not a legitimate governmentissued ID. The investigation continued following the events captured on body camera. Based on the conduct observed in this body camera footage, the following charges could apply. Suspect number one, resisting an officer without violence or resisting an officer with violence if investigators determine his physical actions met the legal standard. Battery on a law enforcement officer if supported by the evidence. Suspect number two, possession or use of a fraudulent identification card if supported by the investigation.
