Description

This body camera footage shows a Florida wildlife officer approaching a fisherman as he packs up a few items in the trunk of his car. Regulations for spotted seatrout are different depending on the region in which you are fishing in Florida. Since the fisherman was not truthful about catching fish, the officer charged him with a misdemeanor for having a trout over the size limit.
