Description

REAL POLICE BODYCAM footage captures a domestic battery suspect vehemently denying burglary allegations while inadvertently suggesting a potential motive for the conflict. This bodycam video documents a critical moment of denial that reveals underlying relationship dynamics driving the Christmas Day incident.

In this police bodycam footage, 53-year-old Theresa Lepinski forcefully denies entering the victim's residence: "I did not walk- his into his trailer. I did not go into his trailer. I did not do anything." This emphatic denial, captured on the bodycam, directly contradicts the burglary charge that would ultimately be filed against her following the investigation.

Lepinski immediately pivots to an accusation of fabrication: "The dude is setting me up." This claim of being framed, recorded on police bodycam, continues her pattern of deflecting responsibility throughout the encounter. When she asks rhetorically "I don't know why he's setting me up," she immediately provides what she believes is the answer.

Most revealing is her statement about motivation: "because he wants his girlfriend in here with him, not me." This candid assessment, documented clearly on bodycam, suggests her understanding that the male victim prefers another woman's company, potentially providing context for both the alleged battery and burglary—jealousy and rejection in a complex relationship triangle previously described by Lepinski.

According to police reports, this Christmas Day 2024 incident resulted in Lepinski's arrest on charges of Domestic Battery, Burglary, and Resisting Law Enforcement after she became physically and verbally resistant to Gibson County Sheriff's deputies at a river camp location where the male victim was staying.

This police bodycam footage captures the moment when denial of criminal activity reveals potential emotional motivations, highlighting how relationship dynamics often drive domestic incidents that escalate to criminal behavior.
