An Arkansas State Police trooper spots a motorcycle traveling through Russellville without a visible license plate. When the trooper attempts to initiate a stop, the situation quickly develops into a high-speed pursuit through busy city streets.

According to a published copy of the trooper's narrative that matches the August 17 footage, the motorcycle allegedly reached approximately 90 MPH in a posted 40 MPH zone on East Main Street before turning onto Shamrock Boulevard, where speeds reportedly reached approximately 80 MPH in a 35 MPH zone.

The pursuit continued through multiple intersections as the motorcycle allegedly ran stop signs and red lights, squeezed past a semi-truck, and maneuvered between vehicles. Trooper Tucker Rhodes joined the pursuit and attempted to position his patrol vehicle ahead of the motorcycle.

At one point, the motorcycle allegedly split between two vehicles and struck the driver's-side mirror of one of them. The chase then continued back toward East Main Street and North Elmira as troopers attempted to contain the motorcycle.

I found a published copy of the ASP narrative that matches this incident. It lists the following charges:

Reckless Driving — 1st
Careless and Prohibited Driving
Driving on Suspended
No Liability Insurance
Failure to Register — 1st Offense

Because the online source reproducing the narrative is not an official Arkansas government website, I would describe these as charges listed in the published ASP narrative rather than independently court-verified charges.
