Traffic Stop Leads to Life in Prison FBI Fugitive Muhammed Bilal El Amin Arrest Video! Traffic Stop Leads to Life in Prison: FBI Fugitive Muhammed Bilal El-Amin Caught

After 28 years on the run, Muhammed Bilal El-Amin, wanted for the 1994 murder of Jafferd Tucker, was finally captured during a routine traffic stop in Oconee County, Georgia. Deputies performing random license plate checks stopped El-Amin, who provided a fake South Carolina ID under the name Rais Sekhem. However, when officers ran his fingerprints, they discovered he was a fugitive wanted by the FBI since 2001 for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

El-Amin was accused of fatally shooting Jafferd Tucker in the face at the Oakland City MARTA station in Atlanta, a crime that led to one of the longest fugitive hunts in Georgia history. With an FBI reward on his head for decades, he managed to avoid capture—until now. This video breaks down his shocking arrest, the traffic stop footage, and how a simple mistake ended his 28-year run.
