The detective fired two shots hitting Amburgy with one round. The officer fired his Taser missing Amburgy. The officers rendered aid to Amburgy applying a tourniquet until the medics arrived. Amburgy was transported to the University of Cincinnati Hospital Medical where he is in serious condition. Melissa Amburgy died Tuesday at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
