Police body camera footage shows the arrest of a woman who was pulled over for allegedly driving erratically, and she took her sweet time getting her license and insurance - of course, she only had photos on her phone of the documents. When another deputy tried to remove her from the vehicle she is seen on police bodycam starting the car to presumably drive away! The deputies forcefully removed her from the vehicle and decentralized her before putting her in handcuffs and into the back of the police vehicle, where she continued to cause a ruckus.
