On February 14, 2024, Roswell Police responded to a motor vehicle accident where a vehicle struck a tree. The 23-year-old driver of the vehicle had no license, no registration, and no insurance. Officers suspected her of being intoxicated, so she was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. She ends up getting annoyed at having to remove her glasses. She also cops an attitude when she is forced to stand with one foot in front of the other. Finally, she wasn't too happy when told that she would be searched by the male officer before being placed in the police vehicle. She was taken to the hospital for medical clearance and refused to submit to testing of her breath and blood. Her charges are discussed at the end of the video. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
