Central advised that the caller Priscilla(grandmother) had a male identified as Justin evicted and barred yesterday. When officers arrived on scene they located the suspect climbing out the back-bedroom window on the left side of the residence. The suspect was detained by the officers (DL: BB) when he exited the window. Officers advised they were walking the suspect over to the police vehicle while holding his right arm. Officer advised that he was attempting to run to the left while walking and she told him multiple times to stop resisting. Officers eventually had taken the suspect to the ground due to him attempting to run. Officers arrived on scene and placed the suspect in my vehicle and transported him to the County Jail Officers asked the grandmother (victim) if she had invited her grandson (suspect) over to the residence and she advised that she did not.
