Her 2nd DUI Arrest Video: https://youtu.be/bYHqekM8lZo On April 19, 2024, numerous callers called the Neptune City Police Department to report a woman driving erratically. Neptune City Police found the 56-year-old woman stopped in the middle of traffic. The vehicle had actually crossed into Neptune Township limits, so the Neptune Township Police Department were called. EMS was also called for the woman, but she refused medical treatment. Sgt. Savastano attempted to perform standardized field sobriety tests, but because of the woman's level of impairment, only the horizontal gaze nystagmus test was performed. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Neptune Township Police Station. Officers located about 8 small bottles of Fireball whiskey in her vehicle. Meanwhile, her husband was attempting to call and text her and when she didn't respond, the husband tracked her vehicle to the location of her arrest. The police report indicates the woman submitted to an evidential breath test and the result was 0.297%. Her charges are discussed at the end of the video. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
