Police Report: On 04/14/2023 at approximately 1952 hours I was dispatched to 300 Pinellas St. The dispatched location is Morton Plant Hospital. The dispatch notes advised a male subject later identified as TRAVIS WORLEY was causing a disturbance in the Emergency Room lobby. I arrived on scene and located WORLEY with hospital staff MARK BEAM and other hospital security officers. WORLEY was highly uncooperative. WORLEY was given multiple opportunities to receive medical attention at the hospital. He refused stating he was in fear they would cause him harm. WORLEY was told that he cannot spend time in the hospital lobby if he does not want medical care. WORLEY was given the option to receive medical care or leave the property numerous times. Each time he denied acknowledging which option he wanted. WORLEY continued to cause a scene for the course of approximately 10 minutes. BEAM then informed WORLEY he was trespassed from the property, and he needed to leave. WORLEY was made aware unless he left the property on his own, he would be arrested for trespass after warning. WORLEY continued to stand and not make any action to leave the premises. WORLEY was arrested at 1959 hours for Trespass After Warning. WORLEY was searched and had no property on his person. WORLEY resisted arrest and obstructed the investigation as he was attempted to be placed in my fully marked patrol car. WORLEY was formally trespassed from the location by staff representative MARK BEAM. WORLEY was made aware that returning within one year's time would result in a criminal offense. WORLEY was transported to Pinellas County Jail in my marked patrol car police cruiser given he was highly uncooperative. ✅ Stay Connected To Us Subscribe https://www.youtube.com/@c0de3 This video was obtained through Public Records Requests.
