A late-night traffic stop quickly reveals multiple violations and concerning impairment. Sergeant Gramlich initiated a stop after observing a vehicle without headlights and erratic driving around 3:08 AM. Upon contact, the driver, displaying incoherence and an odor of alcohol, admitted to leaving two bars. Field sobriety tests were administered, during which the driver struggled significantly, failing to follow instructions, exhibiting poor balance, and even singing the alphabet. Subsequently, she was arrested for driving under the influence, with later Alcotest results confirming a blood alcohol content of 0.16%, double the legal limit.
