On December 19, 2023, three women (ages 21, 18, and 16) took a 1-year-old baby to another woman's house for the purpose of fighting that woman over a man. Police were called to the scene and quickly learned that the three women had all been drinking alcohol. The 18-year-old driver of the vehicle was given standardized field sobriety tests. She was arrested soon thereafter. The 21-year-old mother of the baby was also arrested. No word on what happened to the 16-year-old juvenile, who had her face blurred out by the police department. The 18-year-old was transported to the Dayton police station. The police report indicates she submitted to an evidential breath test and the result was 0.086% BAC. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
