This is another illegal immigrant running the gift card scam. They steal gift cards from a store, take them home and record all the account numbers and PINs. They then take them back and place them on other stores shelves, once a customer purchases and activates the card..The scammer can immediately access the fund because they already have all the info. (Guys- if you are someone that buys gift cards, do NOT buy them from a place that just has them on shelves where anyone would have access to them. It's a big risk that you might be buying something that has been tampered with and your funds could get lost immediately after the card is activated.) Employees saw him tampering with cards and called police. The guy apparently didnt speak any English and faked a medical emergency once he realized he as in trouble. There was a liberal guy trying to film this whole encounter and offering support to someone trying to rob Americans of their hard earned money. *Suspects in this videos should be considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
