Patrolman Poon detected the odor of alcohol, and the driver admitted to consuming wine and being pregnant, subsequently failing multiple field sobriety exercises including the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus, Walk and Turn, and One Leg Stand tests. Her Alcotest results later showed a BAC of 0.14%.
