At the same time, several people called in about a reckless driver near Winchester Road. Circleville Fire Chief Brian Thompson, who was at home, heard a report over his radio about a car that may have crashed into a tree. He told Sergeant Schleich that he could help with the situation. Meanwhile, Ashville Police Sergeant Damon Caruso found a car that matched the descriptions given by witnesses and pulled it over at the intersection of Winchester Road and South Bloomfield Royalton Road. Officers Karmain Seay and Thomas Burchwell joined him to provide support. The officers approached the driver, who turned out to be 35-year-old Jenna Jenkins. They noticed two dogs inside her car. Sergeant Caruso quickly saw signs that Jenna might be impaired, so he placed her in the back of his patrol car. Not long after, Deputy Tiana Bloxam from the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office arrived to take over the investigation. Deputy Bloxam approached Jenna and requested her phone number and social security number, but she struggled to respond clearly. He then asked her to take some voluntary field sobriety tests, but she hesitated and eventually refused. Given the reports of her driving erratically, her signs of impairment, and her refusal to cooperate with the sobriety tests, Deputy Bloxam made the decision to arrest Jenna on suspicion of OVI. After her arrest, Deputy Bloxam explained the BMV form 2255 and asked Jenna if she would provide breath samples at the station. Jenna refused to take the breathalyzer but first agreed to give urine samples. Deputy Bloxam took Jenna to the Pickaway County Jail at 5:11 PM, but she learned that Jenna needed medical clearance from the hospital before she could be booked. So, they transported Jenna to Ohio Health Berger Hospital in Circleville, Ohio, to collect urine or blood samples for testing. However, once they arrived at the hospital, Jenna remained uncooperative and continued to refuse any urine or blood tests. After the car accident, the hospital staff took a close look at her injuries. By about 6:45 PM, they decided it was okay for her to leave. Once she was discharged, Deputy Bloxam took Jenna back to the Pickaway County Jail to continue the processing. 2:50 Hit something with her mirror? 4:03 love this woman thinks she can get away 8:45 Typo on the Your Rights form? 10:07 my Gawd she’s beautiful 11:31 our bada** lady cop got a cute phone case too 13:23 Lost i terest 13:50 If she hit something or side swiped something 14:02 Cops should let her go with an apology 19:30 dude won’t stfu he so happy to be involved 22:35 Is that a yes or a no? 23:00 this cop DOES NOT want to give her the field sobriety tests. 23:15 that officer should be ashamed of herself. 24:59 can I talk to my neighbor? 26:20 deputy sounds like a sister begging her sister to listen. 32:23 That’s why she was so willing to go take the breathalyzer 36:15 That’s the softest, quietest resisting I’ve ever seen. 37:32 Appreciate the comments you post inside videos 40:21 omg the cop was so patient this lady is insufferable! 40:23 Her laughing in her face 41:39 is she a ride along or a trainee or something? 42:41 This woman is an ashole... little petty sh*t 43:13 I like how the people they get pulled over for DWI 46:09 she’s a real peach this lady… 47:30 Watch how she stumbles 48:00 She really pi**es me off talking about how druggies are so bad 50:27 What's with Kim Kardashian yawning over there? 51:16 Then how did your nose start bleeding? 52:52 I love when people try to use that as a valid excuse/reason...
