Shocking bodycam footage shows the moment Christina Formela, a 30-year-old Illinois special education teacher and soccer coach, was pulled over and arrested. Formela is facing over 50 felony charges following an investigation into an inappropriate relationship with a 15-year-old student at Downers Grove South High School. The prosecution’s case relies heavily on a "digital memoir" found on her phone, which authorities allege documents nearly 50 separate encounters that began when the student was 14. These incidents reportedly occurred over a two-year period, with many allegedly taking place directly on school grounds. Currently, Formela has pleaded not guilty to all charges. She remains out on pre-trial release under strict GPS monitoring and is legally barred from entering Downers Grove South High School or having any contact with minors. Due to the volume of the charges and the mandatory minimums involved, she faces a potential sentence of up to 60 years in prison if convicted. #BodycamBase #Bodycam #PoliceFootage #TrueCrime #ChristinaFormella
