On 7/11/2023 at approximately 9:33 PM, I, Trooper Killian was around Green Mountain Dr and Rodney Parham when I observed a red dodge dart bearing the license plate 507TIA after running it through ACIC it returned possibly stolen out of Conway. I informed Troop A Communications who confirmed it was stolen out of Conway. I initiated my emergency equipment to conduct a traffic stop. The vehicle accelerated to approximately 80 MPH in a 45 MPH zone and blew through a red light at the Intersection of Rodney Parham and Interstate 430 South. At the Intersection of Rodney Parham and Interstate 430 North the Dodge Dart proceeded through another red light. The vehicle continued traveling at speeds of approximately 100 MPH transitioning from both lanes of travel. Once we reached Interstate 630 and Rodney Parham, I lost sight of the vehicle and canceled the pursuit
