On May 21, 2024, at approximately 5 p.m., Police Officers Christopher Barral and Ramon Calderon responded to the 800 block of Monroe Street on reports of a suspicious man inside the building walking up and down the stairs. Upon arrival they saw a man fitting the description speaking with a woman. The man, later identified as 38-year-old Danilo Sanchez of the Bronx, could not answer specific questions being asked by officers. He also provided them with a false identity. Sgt. Frances McCourt arrived on the scene. When Sanchez was told he was being issued a summons for criminal trespassing, he ignored officers and used his cell phone even when told to put it away. He was placed under arrest for obstruction and transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters where he was processed. He was charged with criminal trespassing and obstructing the administration of the law. He was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility. #hoboken #trespassing #bodycamgame
