As the officer proceeded with the arrest for driving under the influence, a significant detail emerged: dry blood was observed on the driver's hand, adding an unexpected layer of mystery to the encounter. The driver was transported for processing, where breath tests confirmed a blood alcohol content of 0.179%, significantly above the legal limit.
