At 3:11 AM on February 10, Tampa Police Officer Baar pulled over a vehicle for running a red light. The driver was 21-year-old Melissa Seals — an Instagram model with over 100,000 followers. She was driving without a shirt. Marijuana was visible all over her. What happened next was captured entirely on bodycam. She started by flirting. When that didn't work, she tried threatening. When that didn't work, she tried crying. None of it worked. She failed the sobriety tests, refused the breathalyzer, and told the officer her family has money and lawyers. She was booked at Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and released on bond. Then she went home and added "law abiding citizen" to her Instagram bio. This is the full bodycam. ⚠️ All footage from Tampa Police Department under the Florida Sunshine Law. ⚠️ Disclaimer: This video is produced for educational and documentary purposes only.
