On August 6, the Hays County Sheriff’s Office safely ended a pursuit on I-35 involving a reckless driver who struck multiple vehicles. Deputies temporarily closed sections of the interstate to protect motorists while bringing the situation under control. The suspect was stopped. No parties were injured.
