On the evening of Tuesday July 4th, 2023 a New York State Trooper from Troop A pulled over a male driver for allegedly failure to maintain lane on Harris Hill Rd in the Town of Clarence. During the traffic stop the trooper allegedly noticed signs of impairment on the driver and had the driver step out of the vehicle to perform standard field sobriety tests. After concluding the tests along with the roadside breath test the suspect was transported to SP Clarence for processing and ultimately charged with the following: VTL 1192(3) – Driving While Intoxicated - 1st Offense. NOTE: All suspects are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
