Video is updated with the results of her court case. On April 15, 2023, Monmouth Beach Police Patrolman Finnegan observed a Hyundai SUV driving outside of the marked lanes. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, which was being driven by a 24-year-old woman. She tried to use every trick in the book to terminate the police encounter, including excessive apologies, stating she wasn't feeling well, and claiming she just wanted to get home. None of them worked and she soon found herself performing standardized field sobriety tests (FSTs). She was eventually arrested and transported to the Monmouth Beach police station. Although the results of her breath alcohol test were not revealed, she was released several hours later to the custody of her grandmother.
