On November 22, 2025, police bodycam footage captured a Key West arrest outside First Flight Island Restaurant after two women called police over a missing rental golf cart key and the officer told them it was a civil matter. This real body cam video shows how a dispute over a lost key turned into a battery on a law enforcement officer charge, a resisting arrest charge, and cocaine found at the jail. Charges are allegations; all parties are presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Source: Key West PD. Educational purposes only, not legal advice.
