An employee at a Dolphin Mall cosmetics store finds a pen camera near the toilet in the staff bathroom. She photographs it and refuses to hand it over when a coworker claims it's his. Sweetwater police ask Bernardo why he brought a camera pen to work. He says he uses it to protect himself from accusations on the job, and he has an explanation for how it ended up in the restroom. The officer asks Bernardo to retrace his steps in the bathroom, then asks to check the pen's drive. The employee's account of their confrontation gives him another issue to sort out.
