Arriving at the scene of a catastrophic vehicle collision, officers are immediately confronted with a devastating sight, revealing the tragic end to a dangerous high-speed pursuit. This incident began when an individual attempted to seize car keys from an elderly woman. Failing in that attempt, the same individual then unexpectedly entered and commandeered a law enforcement patrol vehicle during a confrontation with deputies.
