On November 26, 2023, Kettering Police Officers were called to the McDonald's, where workers reported that a woman had passed out in the drive-thru line. Officer Justice was first to arrive and he found the 22-year-old driver slumped over the wheel with the engine running. She admitted to coming from a bar, where she said she had two drinks. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests, but because of her level of intoxication, she was unable to complete them. She was arrested for DUI and was transported to the Kettering police station. The police report indicates she submitted to an evidential breath test and the result was 0.222% BAC. Her charges and the outcome of the case are discussed at the end of the video.
