Police respond after a woman reports that a man was trespassing on her mother’s property. When officers arrive, the man claims he once played for the rock band Warrant — but this encounter was far from Heaven. Things got messy faster than a slice of Cherry Pie, and this guy had a lot of Big Talk to back it up. Once he was arrested, he Saw Red. Fortunately, no Machine Guns had to be used during this interaction. After being arrested and booked into jail, the man was charged with obstruction of an officer and loitering or prowling. He pled guilty to both charges. Additional charges for open container and public intoxication were dismissed. This video shows the full police body-camera footage from the encounter.
