On April 28th, 2024, FWC officers stopped a jet ski on Lake Boca Raton for excessive speed during Boca Bash. What started as a speeding stop became a BUI investigation when officers observed signs of impairment. The seated field sobriety battery revealed over 14 clues of impairment. Both the operator and his companion were arrested. This video provides legal and tactical analysis of body camera footage from April 28, 2024 in Palm Beach County, Florida.
