Police body camera footage shows the arrest of a man who essentially begged to go back to jail. He was alleged to have started hitting on the police vehicle windows to get the attention of the officer. When the officer exited the vehicle the man continued to be confrontational and exposing his genitalia and buttocks to the officer - but not charged with indecent exposure! He was eventually charged with resisting arrest and aggravated battery to the officer.
