The caller provided names of the women and a vehicle description. Sgt. Thueson located a vehicle matching the description as it pulled into a parking lot. He made contact with the 22-year-old driver, while Officer Lanie made contact with the caller's ex-girlfriend. The driver was asked to submit to standardized field sobriety testing. At the conclusion, a 15-minute deprivation period was started and the woman was requested to provide 2 breath samples into an evidential breath test machine. The results were 0.168% and 0.161%.
