The caller stated that there was a disorderly male in the store that was refusing to leave. When officers arrived They met with the suspect. He was very disorderly and was yelling about a phone charger. He stated that he came back because his phone charger stopped working and the store refused to fix it or give him a replacement. The suspect was told that the charger was not under warranty and that the store could not help him. The suspect refused to leave without a charger. The only employee working stated that she had already told him that she could not help him, and had asked him to leave multiple times. The suspect stated that she wanted the suspect barred from the property for 1 year. She informed the suspect that he was barred from the property for a period of 1 year. After the barring officers asked the suspect to leave the property. He openly stated that he refused to leave, and did not care if he went to jail. At this time it was clear that the suspect would not comply with our commands. The suspect was taken to the jail and turned over to CCSO.
