Subsequent investigation found that Issa Doudoulgou, 42, of the Bronx, used fraudulent documents to attempt to open an account that did not contain his pedigree information. Doudoulgou was placed under arrest, transported to police headquarters, and charged with theft of identity, displaying a fraudulent passport, possession of fraudulent passports, tampering with public records, forgery, possession of stolen credit cards, and false statements to obtain a fraudulent credit card.
