A High-stakes operations of two elite anti-drug police units fighting trafficking at the global epicenters of production: the Cinchis in Peru and the Kabul Gates in Afghanistan. Operating out of the hostile Amazonian jungle, Peru's Cinchis utilize intensive commando tactics and explosives to locate and destroy clandestine laboratories and airstrips producing high-purity cocaine. Meanwhile, across the globe, the Kabul Gates unit intercepts opium, hashish, and heroin at the checkpoints entering Afghanistan's capital, relying on instinct and manual searches due to a lack of technology. Both units face extreme, life-threatening environments—with the Cinchis navigating treacherous terrain and defensive locals, and the Afghan forces operating under the constant threat of deadly Taliban insurgent violence and suicide bombings.
