Danielle thought she found a legal loophole: "It’s not shoplifting if I haven't left the store yet." Unfortunately for her, New Jersey law (and common sense) says otherwise. After store staff caught her ripping off security sensors like an "Olympic sport," the Cherry Hill Police had to give her a reality check. In this episode of DrunkOrDumb, we watch a suspect get "mortified" as she realizes that popping tags is a crime even before you hit the exit. From her "butt" excuse to demanding to see a written rulebook, this is a masterclass in trying to outsmart the law and failing miserably.
