Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At 12:44 AM on February 26, 2025, Tampa Police Officer Doug Bailey spotted a black 2019 Honda run a red light. He flipped on his lights and stopped the car near W North B Street and N Howard Avenue. The driver was 25 year old Kianna Marie Perez. While talking to her, Officer Bailey smelled alcohol and saw she was impaired. Kianna said she had been at Rocco's Tacos and admitted to drinking. Because of this, the officer asked her to step out for sobriety tests. He started with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test and saw six signs of impairment. Next, Kianna tried the Walk and Turn test. She failed to touch heel-to-toe and turned the wrong way. During the One Leg Stand, she could not lift her foot right or count in order. Officer Bailey arrested Kianna for DUI based on the red light, her behavior, her confession, and the failed tests. Her girlfriend arrived just as she was being handcuffed. The officer then drove Kianna to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. At the jail, she took a breath test. The results were 0.130 and 0.122, both well above the 0.08 legal limit.
