Medina Twp, Ohio -- Police were called to the local Walmart because the manager wanted a homeless man removed from the property. The man was reportedly staying on their property for several months, but apparently, enough was enough. The Medina Township Police Chief, Medina County Sheriff (the actual Sheriff of the whole county) and other officers responded to the scene to finally give him the boot. The man was offered housing elsewhere, but he didn't want it. The man, later identified as Dennis Briggs, was charged with the following: - Criminal Trespassing The charge was later dismissed at the State's cost. Dennis Briggs is widely known for being homeless amongst the Northeast Ohio area. He has had several other cases in nearby towns.
